Another video of Lakhbir Singh being hanged on the barricade on the morning of Dussehra on the Singhu border of Sonipat in Haryana has surfaced. In this 43-second video, no wounds are visible on Lakhbir Singh’s body and his legs are tied. In the video, only Kachhra (brief) is visible on Lakhbir’s body lying on the ground. Lakhbir lying on his back is saying that he has been given 30 thousand rupees and there is another youth with him. After that he tells about the mobile number of the said youth. On this, some people ask him the mobile number, then Lakhbir sitting on the ground speaks the mobile number 991568****. During this, some people are heard saying to note down this mobile number.

It is being claimed that in this video Lakhbir Singh himself is confessing that he was sent for sacrilege of Sri Guru Granth Sahib and he is giving the mobile number of his companion. This video was put on behalf of Damanjit Singh Khalsa on his social media account. It has been written above that those who are asking for proof of sacrilege on the Singhu border, they should take this proof.

The video came amid the evidence being sought from the Nihangs
On the morning of October 15, Lakhbir Singh of Cheema village of Tarn Taran on the Singhu border was amputated an arm and leg and after his death his body was hung on a roadside barricade. The Nihangs present at the spot claimed that Lakhbir had committed the sacrilege for which he was punished. After this incident, along with the United Kisan Morcha, many political parties and a large section are demanding evidence of sacrilege from the Nihang Jathebandis. Sant Baba Ranjit Singh Dhadriyawale even questioned the murder of Lakhbir Singh and said that it could be a case of personal enmity in which he was murdered on the allegation of sacrilege. Dhadriyawale also said that if Lakhbir had committed sacrilege, then his evidence should also come to the fore. In such a situation, on the sixth day of Lakhbir’s murder, on October 20, this video of him has come to the fore.

Demand for investigation of sacrilege who has done Nihang
The Nihang Jathebandis have also met Sonepat SP Jashandeep Singh Randhawa and demanded to register a case and investigate it by giving a complaint about the sacrilege on the Singhu border. However, Sonepat police has not yet registered a case of sacrilege. The four Nihang Narayan Singh, Sarabjit Singh, Bhagwant Singh and Govindpreet Singh, who surrendered after Lakhbir’s murder, have told the police as well as the judge in Sonipat that Lakhbir entered his tent and committed sacrilege for which he was punished.
