The Conservative Party will announce the replacement of British Prime Minister Boris Johnson on 5 September after a vote among party members under rules agreed by party officials on Monday.
The Conservative Party said the party’s members’ postal ballot would be chosen between the two candidates through an expedited process, narrowing the fray from the 11 candidates announced so far.
