A new petition was filed in the court on Tuesday in the Gyanvapi case in Varanasi. In this, there has been a demand to ban the entry of Muslims in the premises and hand it over to the Hindu side. The court of Civil Judge Senior Division Ravi Kumar Diwakar has accepted this petition. It will be heard on May 25.

Three demands have been made in the lawsuit
Kiran Singh, International General Secretary of Vishwa Vedic Sanatan Sangh has filed this petition in the name of Lord Adi Vishweshwar Virajman. Kiran Singh is the wife of Sanatan Sangh chief Jitendra Singh Bisen. Bisen said that an important petition has been filed on Tuesday. Three demands have been made through Bhagwan Adi Vishweshwara Virajman vs State of Uttar Pradesh.

  1. Entry of Muslim side should be banned in Gyanvapi campus with immediate effect.
  2. The entire complex of Gyanvapi should be handed over to the Hindus.
  3. The worship of Lord Adi Vishweshwar Swayambhu Jyotirlinga, which has now appeared in front of everyone, should be allowed to start.

Hearing on our demand tomorrow: Bisen
Jitendra Singh Bisen said, “The court has accepted our application as a case. The court has ordered to issue notice to the opposition on our case. Our special and immediate demand was that the worship of Lord Adi Vishweshwara Virajman -Let the text be ordered.The date of May 25 has been fixed for hearing on that demand.

Who is Jitendra Singh Bisen
Jitendra Singh Bisne, a resident of Varanasi, is the president of Vedic Sanatan Sangh. Under the leadership of Jitendra Singh Bisen, five women Laxmi Devi, Sita Sahu, Manju Vyas, Rekha Pathak, Rakhi Singh had filed suit in the Kashi Vishwanath Temple and Gyanvapi Masjid case. There is a demand of women that permission should be given to worship the Shringar Gauri present in the Gyanvapi complex.

On the petition of these five women, Civil Division Court Judge Ravi Kumar Diwakar had ordered to prepare the survey report of Gyanvapi Masjid.

On the other hand, on the other hand, the hearing in the second case related to Gyanvapi was held in the court of Varanasi District Judge Ajay Kumar Vishvesh in the day. In this, the court has asked both the parties to file objections on the survey report. The next hearing will be held on May 26. The court will first hear the application of the Muslim side. In the hearing, there will be a debate on the question whether the case of Maa Shringar Gauri-Gyanvapi case is worth hearing or not?
