A Delhi Police constable has been arrested after a video of him thrashing a youth to death went viral. In the video, constable Monu Sirohi of New Ashok Nagar police station can be seen abusing and thrashing him, later he can be seen putting the injured man inside the car. Meanwhile, when the family filed a missing report, they were locked up and thrown out of the police station.
