New Delhi: The recently released teaser of Anurag Kashyap’s next directorial venture ‘Kennedy’ builds up to an extremely compelling story. Rahul Bhat plays the titular role of a cop-turned-killer who sends shivers down our spines in a profound reverie as he brutally murders people.
Elaborately calculated, Rahul Bhat’s ‘Kennedy’ is not the regular action hero who flaunts his manhood or punches the villain in the face. Rather he has a monomaniac stare that gives you a knot in the chest.

The teaser pictures and glimpses have earned Rahul a lot of attention from the industry as well as fans. One has directly compared Rahul’s look in the film to Oscar Isaac’s look in ‘Dune’. while others marked an uncanny resemblance to Liam Neeson in Rahul’s portrayal of an unscrupulous killer. Rahul (in Kennedy) is a diabolical killer and has left the audience eager for more in this noirish thriller helmed by Anurag Kashyap.
While the film has been selected as India’s official entry at the glittering Festival de Cannes and will premiere later this month, it is also actor-director duo, Rahul and Anurag’s second film at Cannes. Rahul’s Ugly, directed by Anurag Kashyap, premiered at Cannes in 2013.
