Netflix Tudum: Agastya Nanda, Khushi Kapoor and Suhana Khan will debut in Archies. Zoya Akhtar will direct the Netflix adaptation of the popular comics. Today the cast and crew of the film were spotted leaving Mumbai airport for Brazil for the Tudum event.
The Archies team jets off to Brazil for Netflix Tumdom
Shah Rukh Khan and Sridevi’s daughters Suhana Khan and Khushi Kapoor and Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan’s grandson Agastya were seen leaving for Brazil. He was joined by Dot, Yuvraj Menda, Mihir Ahuja and Vedang Raina. As the cast left for the event to unveil the official trailer of Archies, they seemed to be in high spirits.
Along with him, Alia Bhatt will also be present at the event for her project Heart of Stone with Gal Gadot. Chris Hemsworth will also make an appearance as part of Extraction 2.
It is an annual Tudum event where many new projects are revealed and their trailers are released.
Archies’ photoshoot was completed in December. The live action musical, based on the Riverdale teens, was directed by Zoya Akhtar and set in 1960s India. Tiger Baby and Graphic India will create an Indian version of the famous comics. Reema Kagti and Ayesha Devitre co-wrote The Archies. Next year, Netflix is expected to release the film.
