While students are worried about the future of NEET-UG 2022 examinations, latest media reports suggest that education ministry officials have held a meeting regarding the postponement of NEET-UG 2022 examinations. However, the conclusion of the meeting has not been disclosed.
Due to paucity of time I could not answer all the candidates.

Students protesting on microblogging site Twitter are demanding the postponement of NEET UG 2022 by at least 40 days, citing several reasons, including clashes with CUET of the NEET exam schedule. Students claim that NEET UG 2021 counseling ended in May and NEET UG 2022 is scheduled to be held on 17th July, which gave less than 3 months to prepare for the exam. The students also said that the candidates had only 1 month to prepare for the NEET 2022 exam when the CBSE 12th board exam was concluded on June 15.
It is worth noting that NTA has already released the advance intimation slip for NEET UG 2022 to the students providing information about the allotted exam cities. Notably, over 18.72 lakh students have applied for NEET 2022, making it the highest registration number in recent times. This time the number of candidates is 2.5 lakh more than last time. Students must note that no official information has been shared regarding the postponement of NEET-UG 2022, so they should not waste their time on fake news as the NEET UG exam is scheduled to be held on July 17, 2022.
