NEET, JEE Main 2022: NTA launches free lecture series by IIT professors, experts

National Testing Agency (NTA) is offering free video-based lecture series for engineering and medical entrance exam aspirants. Candidates who will appear for NEET 2022 and JEE Main 2022 will be able to get free access to subject-wise videos from experts. Experts include professors from IITs and renowned faculty of medicine who will be teaching the syllabus of the entrance exam. It covers the subjects of class 11 and 12 syllabus.

Every year at least 30 lakh students apply for NEET and JEE Main combined. Both are national level exams and are highly competitive exams. With coaching centers and schools also closed to online mode for most part of the academic year, NTA has decided to provide training by experts in the field to students through short videos.

Step 3: It will redirect to a new page, click on subject: Maths, Chemistry, Biology, Physics

Step 4: A wide range of videos will be available, click on the topic for which you want to attend the class

JEE Main 2022 will be conducted in two sessions this year. Session one for engineering admission will be held from April 16 to 21. JEE Main session 2 will be held from May 24 to 29. A lot of changes have been made in engineering admission this year. There will be an internal choice in the exam and several technology related initiatives have also been taken.

For the medical entrance exam – NEET 2022 – no official dates have been announced yet, however, as reported by News18.com, the exam will be conducted by the end of June. The exam date and notification is expected to release next month at nta.ac.in and neet.nta.nic.in.

NTA also provides an application ‘Practice’ to help students prepare for entrance exams including JEE and NEET. Many state governments also provide free coaching to meritorious students to help them prepare for the exam. JEE passers will be eligible for engineering and architecture courses and NEET passers will be eligible to take admission in medical and allied fields.
