NEET 2022 tomorrow: From banned items to documents, check exam guidelines at the last minute

all India medical entrance exam National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG 2022 — going to happen on Sunday, July 17th. Before the exam, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has released some important instructions that the candidates must pay attention to. As the hall tickets have been distributed on 12th July, those who intend to take the exam must remember to download their admit cards and carry a printout with them to their respective exam centres.

NTA has also shared the COVID-19 instructions which must be followed for the safe administration of NEET 2022. Students should practice social distancing, compulsorily wear N-95 masks in the examination hall, use sanitizers wherever possible, follow respiration strictly. Etiquette such as covering the mouth or nose when coughing or sneezing.

NEET 2022: Items allowed/not to be carried in the exam hall

Candidates must remember to carry these things to the NEET exam center-

– neet admit card 2022

— Individual transparent water bottle

– passport size photograph

– Valid Identity Proof like PAN Card, Voter ID, Aadhar Card, Driving License, Passport, Ration Card

– Personal small hand sanitizer (50 ml)

Certain gadgets including phones, smartwatches, microphones and others are completely banned from the exam centre. NTA has specified in the notification that ownership of any of these items shall be deemed to be misconduct and use of unfair tactics.

The exam is going to last for 3 hours 20 minutes, which will start from 2 PM and end at 5:20 PM. This year, NTA has provided additional 20 minutes without changing the number of questions. The test booklet will consist of 200 multiple choice questions from Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Botany and Zoology). This year more than 18 lakh students have registered for the entrance exam.
