Amit Shah said that during the last seven decades, the country has seen many ups and downs in internal security and many challenging times.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah said in Hyderabad on Saturday that after eight years, the BJP-led government at the Center has been successful to a large extent in controlling terrorist incidents in Jammu and Kashmir, insurgency in the Northeast and left-wing extremism.

Addressing the passing out parade of the 74th batch of Indian Police Service (IPS) probationers at the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy (SVPNPA) here, Shah said police forces across the country under the leadership of agencies of the Government of India, like the Popular Front, Successful operation against the organization in a single day India (PFI).

He said, after eight years, the government has been successful to a large extent in controlling terrorist incidents in Jammu and Kashmir, insurgency in the Northeast and left-wing extremism.

He further said, “We have set a successful example to the world by banning the Popular Front of India recently.”

“This shows how strong and strong our commitment to democracy has become,” he said. ,

Amit Shah said that during the last seven decades, the country has seen many ups and downs in internal security and many challenging times.

According to him, more than 36,000 policemen laid down their lives in these challenging times.

A total of 195 Officer Trainees including 166 IPS Officer Trainees and 29 Officer Trainees from abroad participated in the Convocation Parade.
