In the Mumbai Rave Party case, Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader Nawab Malik once again appeared before the media and made several serious allegations against the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB). Malik, a minister in the Maharashtra government, said on Saturday that the NCB had targeted and raided the cruise and detained only 11 out of 1,300 people. After catching them, they were brought to the NCB office and out of this, keeping 8 including Aryan, Arbaaz and Munmun with them, the remaining 3 accused were let go.

Malik has alleged that among the three people who were released by the NCB, one is Rishabh Sachdeva, brother-in-law of Mohit Kamboj, former president of the Bharatiya Janata Party’s Yuva Morcha. To confirm his point, Nawab Malik has also released some videos and pictures, in which Rishabh Sachdeva is seen leaving the NCB office with his father and uncle. According to Malik, Mohit Kamboj has changed his name to Mohit Bhartiya.

According to Malik, Aryan was trapped and called on the ship.
Malik further said that two youths named NCB Prateek Gaba and Aamir Furniturewala had also come to the NCB office after taking them into custody. When the hearing of this case was going on in the court, there was a discussion about the names of these two. Aryan has said in his statement that they went on the cruise only after the call of both of them. Malik further alleged that this proves that both of them had trapped Aryan and called Aryan on the cruise. Releasing their videos, Malik said that both of them were also let go by NCB.

According to Nawab Malik, Aryan Khan and Prateek Gaba are good friends and it was Pratik who called Aryan.

NCB asked to apprehend the trio and give reasons for their release
Nawab Malik has questioned the way NCB Chief Sameer Wankhede worked and asked that Sameer Wankhede should come out and tell why he caught these three and then why they were released. Malik has also said that he has strong evidence that the leaders from Delhi to Maharashtra had given phone calls to release Rishabh Sachdeva. Malik further said, ‘We demand that Wankhede should disclose this immediately. When the entire investigation is proceeding on WhatsApp chat, did the NCB check their records?

Urged CM Uddhav Thackeray to get this entire matter investigated
Malik further said that the raid was a complete hoax, it was planned to call the celebrity. He said that we urge CM Uddhav Thackeray to get an inquiry done in this regard. We will also demand from Mumbai and Maharashtra Police, Anti Narcotics Cell that call details of all these should be extracted and there should be an independent investigation in this matter. Get call details of Sameer Wankhede also. Wankhede has to explain how his uncle and father went to the NCB office and took their son with them.”
