Kollywood superstar Nayanthara enjoys the same popularity as any other big male star in the industry. Lady Superstar, as she is called, is now planning to take Bollywood by storm, as the leading lady of Shahrukh Khan In his next venture with director Atlee.
Named Jawan, the film has been making headlines not only for Nayanthara’s Bollywood debut but also for famed filmmaker Atlee’s first collaboration with King Khan.
Interestingly, earlier, Nayanthara was reportedly approached to deliver a special song in Rohit Shetty’s Chennai Express, which starred Shah Rukh Khan. However, the youth icon apparently declined the offer for unclear reasons. After that, the makers enlisted Priyamani to sing with Shah Rukh. The title of the song was ‘1234…Get on the Dance Floor’.
Coming back to Jawan, Nayanthara will play the role of an investigating officer, while Shah Rukh Khan will play a double role. It is being told that Priya Mani also has an important role in the film.
The film will release in five languages: Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada. Shah Rukh Khan’s wife Gauri Khan will support it.
The makers recently unveiled the teaser of the film, which has left fans excited. Shah Rukh Khan shared the clip on Instagram and wrote, “An action packed 2023!! Bringing You Young, an explosive entertainer in theaters June 2, 2023. In Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada. ,
The film is going to hit the theaters on June 2, 2023.
Meanwhile, Nayanthara and her boyfriend Vignesh Shivan, the popular celebrity couple, are finally getting married today (June 9). The wedding is taking place in Mahabalipuram, Chennai and it is believed that it will be a grand event.
According to reports, Nayanthara’s co-stars including Shah Rukh Khan and Atlee have already arrived.
