Nawazuddin Siddiqui to play villain in Heropanti 2

acclaimed actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui, who is currently gearing up for the release of ‘Heropanti 2’, talks about her character Laila in the upcoming film. He says that many thought he was displaying feminine qualities and how engrossed he was in the role. The star is seen playing the role of a ruthless don who has a feminine side, his character being extremely unpredictable and quirky.

When asked what the biggest challenge she faced while completing the character’s move, which was to portray the power of a don while maintaining the feminine elegance, she said, “I incorporated the character into my real life Laila’s walk. And the feminine touch (in her manners) was prominently visible in my body language.”

The actor, who is popularly known for getting into his character’s skin before reaching the sets, followed a similar schedule for Ahmed Khan’s directorial venture.

Siddiqui adds, “Many people asked me about the change in my body language, and told me that my walk was different from my usual style. Many thought I was displaying feminine qualities. Laila How engrossed I was in the role of. I (dropped) way after the shoot was over.”

The film is all set to release on April 29.
