Navjot Singh Sidhu: Punjab Congress President Navjot Singh Sidhu again put the government in trouble. Ludhiana News – Times of India

Ludhiana: Punjab State Congress Committee (PPCC) President Navjot Singh Sidhu once again put his government and party leaders in trouble on Monday.
Addressing people at a rally in Ludhiana, Sidhu said, “As of today, 5,000 posts of various presidents, market committees and others are lying vacant and if deserving, loyal and hardworking party workers were given these posts four months before the elections. If so, then the government will be formed today.”
He said that the day the workers win, the government will be formed on that day, but if the unhappy workers keep sitting at home, then the government will be blown up in no time. Last time the announcement was made to accommodate the employees, but a U-turn was taken and the chairman was appointed by taking money and as a result the workers became dissatisfied, he said. But today when CM Channi has taken away all issues from the opposition like giving free electricity, the workers are happy and full of enthusiasm, Sidhu said.
“We had talked about making the state sand-free, but even today it is available for Rs 3,400,” he said. But soon I will make such a system that in any case the rate should not exceed Rs 1000 and if it happens then anyone can come and punish me in any way.
“Today we have got an opportunity to redefine Punjab and its destiny and make the state debt free. And if this does not happen then it is certain that there will be a civil revolution in Punjab. But all this can happen only when we uproot the mafia raj from the state, otherwise we will be finished. I pledge to all of you today to make such a system that Punjab will start earning revenue of Rs 25,000-30,000 crore every year. Even if the government had Rs 1,000 crore, there was no need for ETT teachers to take to the streets and protest for their demands.
Hitting out at the recently held investors’ summit, Sidhu said, “You are hosting the investors’ summit and claiming that investments will come in the state, but instead you should change the question and ask that the thousands of units that have made it to Punjab.” Left and 60% why Ludhiana’s industry has collapsed. Why is your planning board chairman investing Rs 2000 crore in Madhya Pradesh?
