Speaking about the incident, the head of the city’s People’s Administration, Zoe Hettet, told CNN that at least three bombs were dropped by a military fighter jet and ten people, including a monk, were killed in the attack.

“A total of 10 people, including three women and seven men, including a monk, were killed, while around 15 people were injured and sent to hospital,” he said.
