Munawar Faruqui and Hina Khan are currently working on a project together. While details about the same are not known as of now, the two were snapped together at the Mumbai airport on Wednesday. In a video that surfaced on social media, Munawar and Hina were seen walking out of the airport when they were spotted holding hands. Even when the Bigg Boss 17 winner took a selfie with one of the fans, he did not leave Hina’s hand.

This caught everyone’s attention and left netizens disappointed. Several social media users rushed to the comments section of the video and called out Munawar for allegedly being “chipku (sticking)” to Hina. “Winners in shame category,” one of the users wrote. “Yeh aadmi promotion ke liye kuch vi kar sakta hai yeh to kuch nahi,” another comment read. Munawar Faruqui was tagged as a “womaniser” in the Bigg Boss 17 house after Ayesha Khan entered the show as a wild card contestant and levelled several serious allegations against the stand-up comedian. She claimed that Munawar was two-timing her and Nazila. Later, she was speaking to Ankita Lokhande when she alleged that Munawar had also sent a marriage proposal to “another girl” before entering Salman Khan’s show. Later, Samarth Jurel also called Munawar a “womaniser” and suggested that the latter should work upon himself.

During the finale week of Bigg Boss 17, Munawar Faruqui was also grilled by journalists when he clarified on “womaniser” allegation and said, “Aap bol rahe ho autro ko kandhe pe le kar gaya hai. Aurto ko respect di hai maine definitely. Kabhi disrespect nahi kari unse.”

Bigg Boss 17 concluded on January 28, 2024. While Munawar Faruqui emerged as the winner of the show, Abhishek Kumar was the first runner-up.
