The Mumbai Court on Wednesday (October 13) adjourned the hearing on the bail applications of accused Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha to Thursday as the probe in the cruise ship raid case progressed. Earlier today, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in its reply filed in a special court said that its probe has exposed Aryan Khan’s role in illegal purchase and distribution of banned material.

NCB further said that Aryan Khan used to purchase drugs from Arbaaz Khan. During the NCB raid, six grams of charas were extracted from Arbaaz Khan’s shoes. In its reply, NCB said, “Investigation the role of accused No. 1 (of Aryan Khan) has come to the fore in illegal prominence and distribution of banned material.” “Investigation also revealed that accused No. 1 (Aryan) used to purchase drugs from accused No. 2 (Arbaaz Khan) and people associated with Arbaaz. During the raid, six grams of charas from accused No. 2 was extracted from his shoes. by NCB,” the reply of the NCB said.

“The accused No. 1 and 2 are linked and work in close co-operation, hence offenses are attracted against them especially against Section 29 of the NDPS Act (criminal conspiracy to commit offence),” the reply added.
