Mumbai: mumbai traffic Police have announced road restrictions on Friday and Saturday Dussehra And Durga Idol immersion.
17 roads will be closed, 18 roads one-way, parking on 21 roads and heavy goods will be banned on seven roads.
The restrictions will be in effect from 3 pm to midnight on Friday as well as Saturday.
Major roads closed:
*Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Road from Sukh Sagar Junction to Girgaum Chowpatty.
*DB Route: Alibhai Premji Junction to Grant Road Junction.
*VP Road: CP Tank Circle to Bhalchandra Company.
*JSS Road: Portuguese Church from Shamaldas Gandhi.
* SS Marg, Dadar: Siddhivinayak Temple to Kapad Bazar Junction.
* Tank Road, Bhandup : LBS Junction to Jungle Mangal Road.
*SV Road, Bandra : Junction with Church Avenue Road Junction with Turner Road.
* SV Road, Kandivali: Link road from SV Road-MG Road Junction on both sides.
Major one-way roads:
*JSS Road: Opera House Junction to Nana Chowk Junction.
* Tardeo Road: One way for traffic from Nana Chowk to Tardeo Circle.
* The Belasis Bridge will be closed to westbound traffic.
* Veer Savarkar Marg: LJ Road, Mahim Junction to Siddhivinayak Temple Junction will remain closed for southbound traffic.
* SK Bole Marg: One-way for southbound traffic from Hanuman Mandir to Portuguese Church.
* 60 Feet Road, Dharavi : Ramp from Kumbharwada Junction (North side)

Road restrictions in central Mumbai for Shiv Sena’s Dussehra fair
As the Shiv Sena organizes a Dussehra Mela in Sion on Friday and party supporters from across the state are expected, the Mumbai Traffic Police has announced road restrictions on RA Kidwai Marg. These restrictions will be effective from 1 pm to midnight.
A statement issued by the traffic police said, “Vehicles will remain closed on the north-bound central lane of RA Kidway Road from Aurora Junction to Lijjat Papad Junction and the south-bound central lane of Lijjat Papad Junction to Arora Junction. ”
Vehicles moving from Arora Junction towards Lijjat Papad Junction towards Wadala Railway Station and vehicles of local residents will proceed from north-bound No. 1 lane on the left. Vehicles traveling from Wadala Railway Station Lijjat Papad Junction towards Arora Junction will proceed through South-bound No. 1 lane.
Vehicles coming from different parts of the state will drop the participants at Gandhi Market Junction on BA Road and proceed for parking at RA Kidwai Marg. Small cars will be parked on the north going arm between Arora Junction to Lijjat Papad Junction. Large vehicles like buses will be parked on the south facing arm between Lijjat Papad Junction to Arora Junction.
