Actor Mrunal Thakur announced that he is set to make his debut in Telugu cinema opposite South superstar Dulquer Salmaan.

Actress Mrunal Thakur on Sunday announced that she is set to make her debut in Telugu cinema opposite south superstar Dulquer Salmaan. Produced by Swapna Cinema, the film is being directed by Hanu Raghavpudi. It will be presented by Vyjayanthi Films.
The actress, who turned 29 on Sunday, shared the first look of her character Sita from the untitled film on Instagram. “Here’s a gift from me to you on my special day! Thank you @swapnacinema for this! Here for winning your heart with the lovely @dqsalmaan,” wrote Thakur.
The actress, who starred in Hindi films like “Super 30” and “Batla House”, was recently seen in Farhan Akhtar’s sports-drama “Toofan”. He has also acted in Marathi films “Vitti Dandu” and “Surajya”. Raghavapudi, who is known for “Jhooth” and “Badi Padi Leche Manasu”, shared a teaser video of the character.
“Happy birthday Sita! May you keep growing and shining,” wrote the director. The film, with music by Vishal Chandrashekhar, was announced on July 28 on Salman’s 35th birthday.
Malayalam star Salman, who plays Lieutenant Ram in the upcoming Telugu film, made his Hindi film debut with the 2018 drama “Caravan”. She was later seen in the 2019 comedy “The Zoya Factor” opposite Sonam Kapoor Ahuja.
