Mouni Roy put an end to the speculations after becoming the most beautiful bride for her wedding in Goa. The actress married businessman Sooraj Nambiar in a dreamy ceremony in Goa. Fans and friends of the pair are excited to finally see the pair embark on a journey of forever. And happiness knows no bounds for Mouni’s BFF, Mandira Bedi.
The excited actress-television presenter showered the newlyweds with love. In a special post on Instagram, Mandira penned a heartwarming note for Mouni and Sooraj. The post was accompanied by a few candid clicks that completely captured the high spirits of the wedding ceremony.
In the first one, Mouni and Mandira were shown kissing on Suraj’s cheek from both the sides. The other saw the trio posing for a picture. The last picture in the post gave a glimpse of the recently married couple and Mandira’s excitement. The mother-in-law looked gorgeous in a traditional Kerala saree paired with an elaborate statement necklace in a white antique colour.
“Excited to be more thrilled with my favorite people Mr and Mrs Nambiar,” wrote the 49-year-old. “Beautiful ceremony. I love you Mouni Roy and Sooraj Nambiar,” Mandira added in the note.
The pre-wedding celebrations started earlier this week. The couple will follow both Malayali and Bengali customs for their wedding. In pictures and videos going viral on the web, Mouni looks resplendent at a Kerala-style wedding in a white saree with red and gold border. She also opted for kamarbandh, traditional South Indian jewelery and gajras for her bridal look.
Meanwhile, Mandira gave fans some lovely clicks from the couple’s wedding ceremony. He also shared a picture of him posing with fellow bride and groom after the rituals were over.
Earlier, he had posted glimpses of turmeric on his Instagram stories. She also named Sooraj as her favorite in one of the uploads. In the pre-wedding ceremony, Mandira was also seen dancing to her song Mehndi Laga Ke Rakhna. Many of Mouni’s friends including Manmeet Singh, Aashka Goradia and Arjun Bijlani of Meet Brothers are currently in Goa and there are delightful snippets from the celebrations.
