Milk prices have increased in Punjab from today. The price has increased by Rs. 2 per litre. Verka milk is now Rs. 2 Expensive. After the rise in the prices of petrol and diesel, now the common man is facing the brunt of inflation in other categories as well.
Due to Corona virus, the prices of milk are also increasing after job loss and declining salary. The prices of everyday things are taking a toll on the common man. Milk is something that is consumed by everyone – from young children to old people. Now they have to pay more money for milk every day.
Jagjit Singh of Mohali said that inflation has increased. “We have started using cycles instead of cars and now milk has also become expensive. Should we stop drinking milk now?” she added.
The people of Mohali said that the prices of oil are increasing, now if the prices of food items also increase, then the life of the common man will become more difficult. Today it is difficult to complete even one meal at a time.
