Actor and model Milind Soman has proved time and again that he takes his health and lifestyle seriously, he is a fitness enthusiast who often shares glimpses of his workout and active lifestyle. Milind, 55, is quite fit for his age, but he takes proactive steps to maintain fitness. On Sunday, the actor informed his fans that he has undergone a CT scan for his regular check-up. He said that he wanted to check for blockage or underlying diseases but everything is normal.
On Instagram, Milind shared a picture of him wearing a hospital jumpsuit as well as a head covering. He wrote, “Had a CT scan at @nurahealthscreeningindia in Bengaluru, checked for blockages etc. Everything is normal. Regular screening is important, but what you do in between screenings is even more important! Regular good habits, along with food, exercise, sleep, and stress management, can help ensure that every test shows normal body function, regardless of your age.”
Milind and his wife Ankita Konwar recently took part in the Unity Run, where they covered a distance of 400 kms from Shivaji Park in Mumbai to the Statue of Unity in Gujarat. The actor wrote a long note on Instagram, stating that the run was a post-Covid test for him to see if he made a full recovery. He also urged the fans to be very careful while taking up such a challenge.
He also shared a picture with Ankita and wrote, “Thank you @ankita_earthy for being you and you have become such a good runner!!!!! More rights!! I love you (sic).”
On Ankita’s birthday, the couple ran for 30 KM. Ankita, who has turned 30, also did 30 Surya Namaskars on her birthday. He wrote, ‘Happy Birthday Shonuu!!!! So proud of you for sticking to your plan of running 30kms and doing 30 Suryanamaskars today for your 30th birthday despite the heat and humidity. This is the first time I have teamed up for someone and it was great to see your consistency and speed and smooth running. It’s been almost 8 years since we met and each year seems hotter and more beautiful and wonderful than the last. You love for the incredible woman you are.”
On the work front, Milind was last seen in the web-show Paurashpur opposite Shilpa Shinde and Annu Kapoor. He will next be seen in Four More Shots Please! season 3.
