Milind Soman is playing this for 3 to 4 minutes every day

Fitness icon Milind Soman keeps adding new things to his workout regime. The model-actor has inspired millions of people on how to stay healthy and fit. From running on the beach to doing pushups on his back with wife Ankita Konwar, Milind’s idea is to keep experimenting. To beat the monotony again, he took a unique device and used it as a fun and interesting alternative to dumbbells.

In his latest ‘Love Health Fitness Life’ post, Milind also referred to the Indian club as Madgar. The former supermodel feels that the homegrown way of exercising is the perfect way to get the motivation you need in the middle of the week. “Having a lot of fun with this amazing item! Some call it Mudgar, some Mudgal, some Mughal, but that’s true, I know it is fun,” wrote Milind on Instagram. Videos shared by him He is seen exercising with the Indian Club of 7kg with all his dedication.He also reminded his fans on another video posted by him in April.Milind mentioned that he has come a long way. and is now more comfortable with the object. In the caption he said, “3-4 minutes of play time every day”

As Milind himself often addresses, achieving the right fitness level is also a mental process. Raising the bar, he continues to challenge himself through a variety of exercises including swimming, hiking and yoga.

In April, Milind was diagnosed with COVID-19 after he started exercising with Madgar. He captioned the video captured by Ankita, “Trying some light exercise with a mudger”

At the end of the month, Milind felt that he had almost “fully recovered.” He said that in the next 10 days he will be ready to donate blood plasma which can help in saving lives. “Keep calm. Take care of yourself. Do what you can,” wrote the 55-year-old.

Later in June, Milind attempted to workout with a 10-kg mudgar. Mudgals are helpful in improving shoulder strength, building flexibility and enhancing cardiovascular fitness.
