Migrant worker murder: Complaint filed with Human Rights Commission Gurgaon News – Times of India

Gurgaon: National Confederation of Human Rights Organizations (NCHRO) has taken cognizance of Gurgaon badminton academy massacreIn which a 21-year-old migrant worker was allegedly thrashed to death by a minor girl after mistakenly identifying her as his molesting partner.
NCHRO has now filed Complaint with national Human Rights Commission (NHRC) to ensure a fair trial in the matter. The complaint has been filed by a lawyer Adil Sharfuddin, who is also a member of the Delhi State Committee. The complaint details the chain of events that led to the death of migrant worker Anuj Kumar. A complaint filed by the girl’s father on Monday has opposed the theory of police mistaken identity. Sharfuddin has alleged in his complaint that it was a caste-based murder. Anuj was a Dalit. news network
