In a tragic turn of events, a 30-year-old man from Bihar’s Jehanabad lost his life after a late-night meeting with his girlfriend took a devastating turn.
The incident occurred when Paswan received a call from his girlfriend, inviting him to her house while her family was away. Their plan was discovered when the girl’s family members caught them together.
The situation soon escalated, resulting in a violent altercation between Paswan and the family. Residents gathered at the scene, and Paswan was allegedly subjected to a fatal assault.
Upon receiving information about the incident, the police promptly arrived at the location and rushed Paswan to Jehanabad Sadar Hospital. Tragically, despite their efforts, he was pronounced dead upon arrival.
According to Paswan’s family, he was having dinner at home when he received a call from a woman, believed to be his girlfriend. Soon after the call, Paswan left his house to meet her, unaware of the tragic events that would unfold.
Reportedly, Paswan was in an illicit relationship with a widow from a nearby village and also belonged to a different caste.
The following morning, Paswan’s family received the devastating news of his death. The police have registered a murder case and initiated a thorough investigation into the matter.
Sub-divisional Police Officer Rajeev Kumar Singh assured that the police are investigating the case and gathering evidence.
The Bihar police is currently investigating whether Paswan was murdered as part of a conspiracy and have so far arrested two people, who are suspected of being involved in this incident.
