New Delhi: Microsoft has announced that Teams’ new collaborative notes feature is now available to everyone on the public preview channel. The feature is designed to enhance the meeting experience in video conferencing platforms by simplifying the process of creating agendas and action items.

“We’re excited to announce the public preview of Collaborative Notes, the new way to get your work done: Collaborate on agendas, take notes together, and track follow-up tasks. Collaborative Notes replaces a single note eliminate the typical hurdle—the taker—of capturing agendas and notes and making them visible to all, improving accuracy and inclusion at every stage of your meeting,” Microsoft said in a blogpost.

According to the company, collaborative notes are Loop components that stay in sync across shared locations such as Outlook, Teams chat, the Loop app, Word for web, and Whiteboard.
