Users must be a member of the Teams Public Preview and must be using the Windows or macOS Teams client to access this feature. To test the feature – Before the meeting starts, on the pre-join screen, choose Effects & Avatars > Video Effects and choose a new animated background, represented by the small video icon in the lower-left corner of the preview image.
