There has been tension on the Indo-Pak border after the incidents of drones in the past. The Border Security Force (BSF) is constantly monitoring the activities happening on the border. The same center has also asked BSF to be alert. Meanwhile, BSF has given a message of friendship by handing over a Pakistani civilian who accidentally crossed the LoC to Pak Rangers via Attari border. This is the 9th time in 2021 that a Pakistani national has been handed over to the Pakistan Rangers.

According to the information, on August 20, the 144 Battalion of BSF arrested a Pakistani national who entered the Indian border by crossing the Line of Control (LoC) drawn between India and Pakistan. The civilian had come close to the fencing after crossing the LoC by mistake. After which BSF personnel caught him. The arrested Pakistani national was interrogated. He was also searched. But nothing objectionable was found from the Pakistani national. During interrogation, it was found that the citizen had crossed the border by mistake and entered the Indian border. After this, on the night of August 21 at 10:12, BSF personnel made contact with the Pak Rangers. After which the Pak Rangers also agreed to take back the civilian.
