The new Brezza naturally has the advantage of the popularity built by the Vitara Brezza. Maruti Suzuki reportedly registered 45,000 pre-bookings even before the car was launched. Plus, the subcompact SUV has been improved upon tremendously in this generation.
The new Brezza comes powered by a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated engine that makes 101 bhp at 6,000 rpm and 136.8 Nm of torque at 4,400 rpm. The SUV offers two transmission choices — the 5-speed manual and a 6-speed automatic torque converter. The former comes in four trims — LXI, VXI, ZXI, and ZXI+ — while the automatic comes in three variants, the VXI, ZXI, and ZXI+. Prices start at Rs 7.99 lakh and go all the way up to Rs 13.8 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).
2022 Maruti Suzuki Brezza has undergone a thorough overhaul inside and out over the older model. The features list gets some radical changes, including a nine-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The cabin gets automatic climate control, a 360-degree camera system, connected features, and a head-up display.
