Married mother of five celebrating her 30th birthday dies after falling from party bus – Henry’s Club

The Los Angeles mother-in-law of five children was celebrating her 30th and a relative’s 30th birthday when officials say she got trapped and fell off a party bus on a busy highway, where she crashed into another vehicle Was.

The incident occurred on Saturday at around 3 a.m. on Northbound 101 Freeway and downtown Los Angeles Street Where 29-year-old Heather Garcia and other relatives were traveling in a party bus.

Family members said those on the bus were celebrating Garcia’s upcoming birthday and a niece’s birthday. The married mother would have turned 30 on Monday.

“They went out, took the party bus and based on the information I got, she was dancing and she fell… and that was it,” García’s brother, Juan García, explained. KCBS,

Brother said that when Heather slipped, she slammed the door of the bus, which opened, causing her to fall on the road.

A passing car ran over Garcia and he was pronounced dead on the spot. The driver of that vehicle stopped at the scene and waited for law enforcement officers to arrive.

‘I don’t know how the door opened. No one knows how the door opened,’ said his brother. ‘The door should not have opened.’

Heather Garcia leaves behind her husband, Rafael Corral, a veteran of the US Army, and their five children aged 1, five, six, eight and 10.

Widow husband started gofundme Campaign to help pay for his wife’s funeral. As of Monday, more than $18,000 have been raised.

“His huge heart always lends a hand to anyone,” Coral, who served in Iraq, wrote in the description of the GoFundMe campaign. ‘She was always a great mother taking care of our kids. She loved our kids and she lived to take care of us. She was my best friend, my rock, she put it together for me and our kids.

‘I feel lost without him. We had so many plans and now I am left with a lot of questions and an extremely broken heart.’

Heather’s family is not considering taking legal action regarding her death.
