The Aam Aadmi Party has announced a nationwide protest today regarding the arrest of Delhi’s Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia in connection with the Delhi Liquor Policy. Delhi Police has deployed forces at many places in the national capital.

  1. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has called for the arrest of his deputy Manish Sisodia “dirty politics” and warned that “the people will respond”.

  2. National General Secretary of Aam Aadmi Party Sandeep Pathak said that they will protest across the country today.

  3. Pathak said in a tweet, “The great education minister Manish Sisodia, who has shaped the future of lakhs of children of the country, has been arrested in a fake case. Against this, the Aam Aadmi Party will protest across the country tomorrow.” ,

  4. Delhi minister Gopal Rai said that AAP will observe black day today over Mr. Sisodia’s arrest.
