Mandana Karimi is facing criticism on social media for her recent Instagram post. actress who was recently seen Kangana RanautReality show Lock Up has posted a video in which she is twirling wearing a burqa. Mandana shared a BTS (behind the scene) video from her shoot in Instabul. Angry netizens claim it is inappropriate and ‘disrespectful to the hijab’. The actress was shopping when the video was shot with Akabo remix from The Beatnuts in the background.
Posting the Instagram reel, Mandana wrote, “I wish shooting with a hijab was as easy as this BTS no hates just a bunch of movie makers .. #istanbul #hijab (sic).”
Mandana Karimi trolled
The video is getting shock from the netizens. “Shame! Don’t disrespect the hijab like this. At least, think twice before doing such a thing!” An Instagram user commented. Another said, “Please, don’t make fun of the hijab.” A third said, “Dance but twisting into a hijab is extreme.”
There were many who came in his support and reprimanded those who targeted Mandana. “Ignore those hateful comments, there’s nothing wrong with what you’re doing.” Another said, “There’s no harm in dancing wearing a hijab.” Echoing similar sentiments, a third wrote, “Don’t spread hatred in the name of religion.”
Mandana Karimi’s shocking revelation
On Lock Up, Mandana Karimi revealed that she had a miscarriage and also opened up about her relationship with a famous director. When she was asked to share a secret on the show, Mandana spoke about her secret affair with a well-known director. She said that their relationship became very strong in a few months and she planned to settle down with him but decided to keep it a secret as she was awaiting divorce from her ex.
In fact, she became pregnant with his child and when he came to know about this reality he backed down. She also asked her friend to persuade her to an abortion. He kept on giving many reasons and refused to take care of the child, so he had to be strong and undergo an abortion.
Mandana said: “I did not want to give birth to a child when he did not know about his father”.
Mandana Karimi is yet to respond to the hate comments she has received on the video.
