Man rides overloaded scooter, police use viral video to spread awareness

Indian roads are full of vehicles, and most of the vehicles on the bustling roads are two-wheelers. In the video, a man can be seen riding a scooter loaded with more luggage. The scooter is so loaded that it seems as if there is no room for the rider to sit.
