One person accused of raping two girls Toronto shop last month, police Say.
In a news release issued Monday, Toronto police alleged that a man sexually assaulted a 12-year-old girl and a 13-year-old at a store in Jane Street at around 6:30 p.m. on June 24. Weston Road.
On Friday, 43-year-old Rufus Foulkes, a Toronto resident, was arrested.
The people have been charged with two counts of sexual interference.
Investigators said they were concerned there could be more victims.
