Here’s what happened after one man bought a PS5 on Amazon, only to get two Bluetooth speakers.

A man recently bought the PS5 God of War Ragnarok bundle during Amazon’s latest sale. However, upon receiving his order, he found that he had been sent two Bluetooth speakers instead of a gaming console, leaving him feeling cheated and disappointed.

As per buyer (r/CheckMatter) Post On Reddit, he bought the PS5 God of War Ragnarok bundle from Kay Kay Overseas Corporation during a sale on February 07 at 12 noon. The buyer claimed, “However, the product was shipped by Amazon in the name of the Electronics Bazaar store seller.” Three days to respond.

The buyer has urged others not to buy the PS5 console from these sellers and instead visit offline stores. “I learned this the hard way. Was so excited and all but wasted. Instead, I had a meltdown and literally cried. I’m hoping Amazon will refund me or send me the PS5,” said the buyer.

Multiple users on PlayStation India The subreddit has also reported similar incidents. A user suggested that it is best to verify the order before handing over the OTP. However, some users said that KK Overseas and Electronics Bazaar stores are legitimate sellers and they have no problem ordering from them.

In defense of the seller, a user claimed that they are a legitimate seller and that the order might have been routed incorrectly. While another user claimed to have received his PS5 safely from the same seller.

The PS5 God of War bundle costs Rs 59,390 in India, which is a significant amount to lose. Amazon’s response to the issue remains to be seen.

Sony, on the other hand, is making efforts to ensure that the PS5 is easily available both online and offline. The recent restock sale has been a success, and offline stock is plentiful.
