Kolkata: As Maharashtra is embroiled in a political crisis, several rebel MLAs of the ruling Shiv Sena are camping in Assam’s Guwahati in a bid to topple the Uddhav Thackeray-led Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) coalition government in the state. Senior BJP leader Suvendu Adhikari said on Monday that the Mamata Banerjee government in West Bengal will face a similar fate and long before its term ends. The official also claimed that the non-BJP states of Jharkhand and Rajasthan are in line after Maharashtra and that After that it will be the turn of Trinamool Congress.,

Addressing a rally in Cooch Behar district, the official said, “First, let this situation be resolved in Maharashtra. Then it will be the turn of Jharkhand and Rajasthan. After that comes West Bengal. They (TMC) will also have the same fate (others). Like opposition ruled states. This government will not run till 2026, this government will be ousted by 2024.”
