He said that the Public Works Department has made elaborate arrangements to deal with the problem of water logging.

PWD officials said only minor waterlogging complaints were received and water was diverted from such stretches.
He said that about 147 places have been identified where there is a possibility of waterlogging.

An official said, “All necessary arrangements have been made. Field personnel are regularly visiting these areas. CCTV cameras have also been installed at around 20 most sensitive places for waterlogging for round the clock monitoring in real time. ”
