The evergreen duo of superstar Mahesh Babu and wordsmith Trivikram Srinivas are back with their much-awaited film ‘SSMB28’. The makers have made an official announcement regarding the release date of ‘SSMB28’ along with the commencement of the shooting of the film.

It is reported that the pre-production on the much-awaited film has begun, and the regular shooting of the film begins in August. All set to be an entertainer with a different concept, Pooja Hegde plays the lead lady. S Radhakrishna (China Babu) will produce the film under Harika & Haseen Creations.

Trivikram has apparently crafted an engrossing script for Mahesh Babu that will appeal to a wide range of audiences. Meanwhile, Mahesh Babu was last seen in ‘Sarkaru Vaari Pata’. The film directed by Parashuram also stars Keerthy Suresh in the lead role. The film, which released on May 12, exceeded all expectations and became one of the biggest hits of Mahesh’s career. The film is about the banking system and stars Keerthy Suresh as Mahesh Babu’s girlfriend. Jointly produced by Mythri Movie Makers, 14 Reels Plus, and GMB Entertainment, the film is a commercial drama.
