Maharashtra SSC Result 2023: Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has announced the Maharashtra SSC Result 2023. Applicants of Maharashtra Board can check their score from 1 pm onwards. To check the score, MSBSHSE students can visit the official website of Maharashtra Board, mahresult.nic.in or mahahsscboard.in.

This year 15,77,256 students had registered to appear in the SSC exam. Out of the total number of those who appeared in the examination, 8,44,116 were boys and 7,33,067 were girls. This year 93.83 percent students have passed the exam. Out of the total, the pass percentage of girls is 95.87%. This year also girls have performed better than boys. A total of 96.94% passed the Maharashtra SSC exam in 2022.
Students need to check their marksheet twice after getting the result and downloading them from the internet. If there are any discrepancies students should inform their respective schools or MSBSHSE. As per the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE), the minimum pass percentage is fixed at 35 per cent. This parameter is applicable to both theory and practical papers of the exam, covering the overall performance of the students.
Cross-checking of their name, spelling, school, exam center, total, grade, and pass/fail status is essential. For the academic year 2023-2024, students who successfully complete the Maharashtra SSC exam are eligible to apply for admission to First Year Junior College (FYJC) or Class 11. The online result is the provisional mark sheet and the final mark sheet will be released by MSBSHSE tentatively in a few weeks.
Marksheets will be distributed in the schools. Students will then be able to collect their marksheets from their respective schools. Students who are not happy with their marks can apply for re-calculation or verification of marks. Students have to submit self-attested copies of their mark sheets online on the MSBSHSE portal. In order to appear in the supplementary examinations, students have to complete the application process by submitting a prescribed form before the specified last date. The tentative schedule for the supplementary examinations is expected in July 2023.
