Chandrapur: A man has been arrested for sexually abusing his 12 year old daughter bramhapuri in tehsil Maharashtraof Chandrapur district, police said on Monday.
was arrested from Tilaknagar An officer said that on the complaint of his wife, who told the police that the incidents of sexual harassment took place at 8 pm on December 29 as well as in May, 2020.
The officer of the Brahmapuri police station said that the man has been charged with Protection of children from sexual offenses (POCSO) Act and Indian Penal Code Provisions for rape and criminal intimidation.
