Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary ends wait for more than 15 lakh students education (MSBSHSE) has finally declared the results of its HSC or class 12 board exams. Out of about 15 lakh students. A total of 14,39,731 students appeared for the exam out of which 13,56,604 have cleared the exam with a pass percentage of 94.22 percent.
Now students can check their result on mahresult.nic.in. The results will also be available directly on News18.com, however, it will be around 1 PM only.
Students can access their result by submitting the credentials like roll number and date of birth. The result can also be seen through SMS. Here is the step-by-step process that students can follow to check their results.
The Maharashtra Board Class 12 exam was conducted offline from March 4 to April 7 this year. This year along with the physical board exams, MSBSHSE has registered a drop in its pass percentage as compared to last year.
Before the results, Maharashtra Education Minister, Prof Varsha Gaikwad also shared the process to check the result.

MSBSHSE HSC Class 12 Result 2022: How to check online?
Step 1. Visit the Maharashtra Board result portal
Step 2. Click on HSC Exam Result 2022 link displayed on the homepage
Step 3. Enter the credentials like roll number and other details before submitting your request
Step 4. Your MSBSHSE HSC Result 2022 will load on your screen
Step 5. Take a Printout or Save a Copy
MSBSHSE HSC Class 12 Result 2022: How to check via SMS
Step 1. Unlock your device and go to SMS app
Step 2. Type MH (Exam Name) followed by your Roll Number
Step 3. Enter it as 57766. send over
Step 4. Your results will come soon via an SMS
MSBSHSE HSC Class 12 Result 2022: How to check through Digilocker
Step 1. Open Digilocker app or login to digilocker.gov.in.
Phase 2. Create a new registration by submitting the required details or login to your account if you are already registered
Step 3. Click on ‘MSBSHSE SSC Result 2022’ under Education tab
Step 4. Submit your Aadhaar details to get your Maharashtra Board HSC result
Candidates are advised to cross-check the information printed on their mark sheet to avoid any error. Last year, the Maharashtra Board recorded an all-time high 99.63 per cent pass percentage in the absence of physical board exams. Students were awarded marks based on 40:30:30 evaluation criteria, where internal assessment of class 12 was given 40 percent weightage, while results of class 11 and 10 were given 30 percent weightage each.
