On Saturday, exactly two months after the death of Mahant Narendra Giri, the CBI has filed a chargesheet in the CJM Court. In this, Anand Giri, Aadhya Tiwari and Sandeep Tiwari have been accused of conspiracy and abetment of suicide. The court will now hear the matter on November 25.
After the filing of chargesheet against Anand Giri, Aadhya Tiwari and Sandeep, their troubles are going to increase. The court has already rejected the bail application of Anand Giri. All the three accused are lodged in Naini Central Jail. So far, 152 people have been questioned in the case.
Even after 60 days, the report of Anand Giri’s voice sample did not come
The suspicious death of Narendra Giri, president of Akhil Bharatiya Akhara Parishad and Mahant of Baghambari Math, took place on September 20, 2021. Today 60 days have passed. In this case, Anand Giri, Ada Tiwari and Sandeep Tiwari are in judicial custody for the last 50 days. However, the investigation is still stuck on the report of Anand Giri’s voice sample.
