While bulldozers are more in the news these days for destroying properties of rioters in some states, here in Madhya Pradesh a groom chose it instead of a horse or car for his procession.
During the procession on Wednesday in Jhallar village of Bhainsdehi tehsil of Betul district, along with the groom Ankush Jaiswal, there were two women of the family on a bulldozer.
Some pictures and videos of the procession went viral on social media. Jaiswal, a civil engineer by profession, said he was working with construction-related machines, including bulldozers, every day as part of his job.
“Therefore, an idea came to my mind that I should use such devices as part of my wedding to make it memorable,” Jaiswal said. He said the loader bucket of the bulldozer was suitably decorated for the occasion.
Jaiswal said, ‘During the procession, I sat comfortably on it.
