The death was revealed at around 8 am, when Dr Hazarilal Bhuria’s servant saw him hanging from the ceiling of his official residence.
A 64-year-old doctor of a government hospital in Bhopal city of Madhya Pradesh allegedly committed suicide by hanging from the ceiling of his official residence on Saturday. Habibganj police station in-charge Rakesh Srivastava said that the death was detected around 8 am when the servant of Dr Hazarilal Bhuria saw him hanging from the ceiling of his official residence in the Government JP Hospital premises.
The official said the reason behind the extreme step is yet to be ascertained and further investigation is on, with the police yet to record the statements of the deceased doctor’s family members.
