Luxembourg minister sends letter to local directors of NSO units

Luxembourg Foreign Minister Jean Esselborn published on Wednesday a copy of a letter he had sent to the directors of the Luxembourg-based units of the Israeli company NSO expressing his serious concern over allegations of espionage.

The letter also reminded directors of the importance of complying with Luxembourgish laws and protecting privacy rights.

NSO has several entities registered in Luxembourg, such as Q Cyber ​​Technologies and Novalpina Capital Partners.

NSO has stated that its products are only for use by government intelligence and law enforcement agencies to fight terrorism and crime.
