Ludhiana: Elite Lodhi Club of Ludhiana has started two projects to save more than 5 lakh liters of water every fortnight.
Club General Secretary Nitin Mahajan said, “The executive committee of Lodhi Club has started water harvesting of swimming pool and rain water harvesting in the club premises. The club will be able to save more than five lakh liters of water, which was earlier being extracted every fortnight. Now the water will be used for watering the trees and plants in the horticulture, green belt area and parks around the club.
