Jaswinder Singh Multani, a top member of the Sikh for Justice (SFJ), has been arrested in Germany for being the main conspirator of the December 23 blast in the Ludhiana district court complex in which one person died. He revealed that Pakistan-based terrorist organization ISI is planning a major attack on India ahead of the elections.
