Lucknow: A bowed lover allegedly stabbed a woman in the face with a barber’s knife. Jankipuram on Thursday evening.

Preliminary investigation revealed that the miscreants attacked her when she was near the gate of their house. The young man came running and shouted, “You are not mine, then nobody’s (if you can’t be mine, I won’t let you go for someone else)”.
The very next moment he attacked her.
The victim fainted due to pain and started crying in a pool of blood. Hearing her cries, her family members came out and took her to the hospital, from where she was referred to the trauma centre.
