According to the report of ANI, there has been no increase in the prices of domestic gas cylinders. In the last two months, the price of 19 kg LPG cylinder has been increased by Rs 346 per cylinder. Earlier on March 1, the rate of 19 kg commercial cylinder was reduced by Rs 105 and then on March 22, its price was cut by Rs 9.

The price of domestic LPG cylinder was also hiked by Rs 50 on March 22 and after the hike, the price of 14.2 kg non-subsidised LPG cylinder is now Rs 949.50 in Delhi.

Meanwhile, petrol and diesel prices have been hiked nine times in the last 11 days, taking a total of Rs 6.4 per liter while the price of cooking gas (LPG) has also gone up by Rs 50 per cylinder. The latest gas price hike will further fuel inflation. There is no increase in fuel rates today.

CNG and piped LPG rates are likely to go up by 10-15 per cent in cities like Delhi and Mumbai due to the hike in gas prices, PTI reported.
