Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) candidate has raised big questions regarding the security of strong rooms after the end of polling in Punjab. AAP candidate from Patiala Ajitpal Kohli on Monday night telecasted the arrangement of the strong room live on social media. He said that there is neither complete security nor arrangement of lighting. Former Punjab CM Captain Amarinder Singh is also a candidate from the same seat. Former mayor Kohli said that he has spoken to the deputy commissioner. Apart from this, he has also demanded from the Election Commission that the security system should be increased here.

This is the condition of the strong room built in Mahindra College.

Open space behind, no security personnel: Former Mayor Ajitpal Kohli, AAP Candidate from Patiala Urban, said that there is no staff on Mahindra College Road. There is open space on its back side. where no employees are posted. There is no full light inside the college. Whereas here the fate of the candidates is imprisoned for 5 years. The whole area inside is empty. There is no security outside and inside.

Further EVM handed over to Punjab Police: Kohli said during the live that there is no employee at a gate in front of the strong room built in Mahindra College. Ajitpal Kohli said that the SSP himself should come and check the security here. If he cannot protect, hand it over to us, now we will give security himself. He demanded from the ECI that the three tire safety here should be strengthened.
